Anthony McCarthey has been named Saskatoon’s Chef of Distinction and will be one-half of the elite team representing Saskatoon at he the Canadian Culinary Championship in Ottawa. The other half of the team will be decided at Canada’s Great Kitchen Party All-Star Invitational Oct. 29th at Prairieland. Anthony filled us in on the event and the competition.
